ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES NOTICE: ISSUANCE OF A GENERAL PERMIT FOR OCEAN DISPOSAL OF MARINE MAMMAL AND SEA TURTLE CARCASSES

WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: Issuance of a General Permit for Ocean Disposal of Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Carcasses.
