WASHINGTON, April 21 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: Forty-Seventh Update of the Federal Agency Hazardous Waste Compliance Docket.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 21 by Gregory Gervais, Director, Federal Facilities Restoration and Reuse Office, Office of Land Emergency Management.
Summary: Since 1988, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has maintained a Federal Agency Hazardous Waste Compliance Docket ("Docket") under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
