WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: Delegation of Authority to the State of West Virginia To Implement and Enforce Additional or Revised National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants Standards and New Source Performance Standards.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Michael Dunn, Acting Director, Air and Radiation Division, Region III.
