WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: Ambient Air Monitoring Reference and Equivalent Methods; Designation of Three New Equivalent Methods and One New Reference Method.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Gayle Hagler, Acting Director, Center for Environmental Measurement and Modeling.
Summary: Notice is hereby given that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has designated one new equivalent method for measuring SO 2, one new reference method for measuring NO 2, one new equivalent method for measuring concentrations of PM 2.5, and one new equivalent method for measuring PM 10-2.5in ambient air.
