WASHINGTON, Jan. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed New Collection and Request for Comment; Process To Become an EPA Qualified Conservation Program (QCP) and Qualified External Party (QEP); Draft Pesticide Registration Notice.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 5 by Nancy B. Beck, Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator, Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention.
