WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Employment and Training Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Recission of Final Rule: Improving Protections for Workers in Temporary Agricultural Employment in the United States.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 2 by Susan Frazier, Acting Assistant Secretary, Employment and Training Administration.
