The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 2 by Susan Frazier, Acting Assistant Secretary for Employment and Training, Labor.
Summary: The Department of Labor (DOL or the Department) is issuing this notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to remove undue regulatory burdens on registered apprenticeship program sponsors.
