Atlanta, Dec. 11 -- EFFINGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS has issued a solicitation notice (PE-65100-NONST-2026-000000039) titled ‘Blue Jay and Midland Roundabout - Construction’. Notably, the event starts on Dec. 10 and ends on Jan. 9.
Further, the description states, “The work to be performed under this project includes the reconfiguration of the four-way intersection at Midland Road and Blue Jay Road into a single-lane roundabout. This will involve traffic control, site clearing, grading, and base preparation.
