WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Schedules of Controlled Substances: Placement of MDMB-4en-PINACA in Schedule I.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 2 by Heather Achbach, Federal Register Liaison Officer, Drug Enforcement Administration.

Summary: The Drug Enforcement Administration proposes placing methyl 3, 3-dimethyl-2-(1-(pent-4-en-1-yl)-1 H-indazole-3-carboxamido)butanoate (other name: MDMB-4en-PINACA), including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers whenever the existence of such salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible, in schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act.
