WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Schedules of Controlled Substances: Placement of 3-Methoxyphencyclidine (1-[1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexyl]piperidine) in Schedule I.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Heather Achbach, Federal Register Liaison Officer, Drug Enforcement Administration.
