The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 15 by Saurav Devkota, Government Information Specialist, VA Privacy Service, Office of Compliance, Risk and Remediation, Office of Information and Technology, Department of Veterans Affairs.
Summary: Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is hereby given that VA is modifying the system of records titled, "Non-VA Care (Fee) Records-VA" (23VA10NB3). This system is used to establish, determine, and monitor eligibility to receive VA benefits and for authorizing and paying Non-VA health care services furnished to veterans and beneficiaries.
