WASHINGTON, April 25 -- Department Of The Treasury has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Multiple Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Information Collection Requests.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 25 by Melody Braswell, Treasury PRA Clearance Officer.
