WASHINGTON, July 3 -- Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers has issued a rule called: Procedures for Implementing NEPA; Removal.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 3 by D. Lee Forsgren, Acting Assistant Secretary of the Army, (Civil Works).
