WASHINGTON, April 28 -- Department of the Army, Army Corps of Engineers has issued a notice called: Notice of Intent To Prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the Lower Missouri River Flood Risk and Resiliency System Plan.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 28 by Jeffrey D. Hall, Colonel, Corps of Engineers, Deputy Division Commander.
