WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Department Of State has issued a notice called: Updating Cuba Prohibited Accommodations List.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 14 by Michael G. Kozak, Senior Bureau Official, Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs, Department of State.
Summary: The Department of State is adding 11 properties to its Cuba Prohibited Accommodations List (CPA List). The Cuban Assets Control Regulations generally prohibit persons subject to U.S. jurisdiction from lodging, paying for lodging, or making any reservation for, or on behalf of, a third party to lodge at any property in Cuba on the CPA List.
