WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- Department Of State has issued a notice called: Revocation of the Designation of Muhammad al-Jawlani as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 1 by Marco Rubio, Secretary of State.
