WASHINGTON, May 12 -- Department Of State has issued a notice called: Annual Determination and Certification of Shrimp-Harvesting Nations.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 12 by David F. Hogan, Director, Office of Marine Conservation, Department of State.
