WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 -- Department Of Justice has issued a notice called: Notice of Lodging of Proposed Consent Decree Under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liabiality Act.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 22 by Thomas Carroll, Assistant Section Chief, Environmental Enforcement Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
