WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 -- Department Of Housing And Urban Development has issued a rule called: Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016-Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher Implementation; Additional Streamlining Changes; Technical Amendments.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 8 by Andrew Hughes, Deputy Secretary.
