WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Department Of Housing And Urban Development has issued a notice called: Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program-Annual Adjustment Factors, Fiscal Year 2026.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 9 by John Gibbs, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy Development and Research.
Summary: Certain assistance contracts signed by owners participating in the Department's Section 8 housing assistance payment programs must provide annual adjustments to monthly rentals for units covered by the contracts.
