WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a rule called: Ratification of Department Action.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 2 by Joseph N. Mazzara, Acting General Counsel, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
