DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY ISSUES RULE: ADJUSTMENT TO PREMIUM PROCESSING FEES

WASHINGTON, Jan. 12 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a rule called: Adjustment to Premium Processing Fees.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 12 by Kristi Noem, Secretary, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Summary: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is increasing premium processing fees charged by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to reflect the amount of inflation from June 2023 through June 2025 according to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers.
