WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a proposed rule called: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Employment-Based Immigrant Visa, Fifth Preference (EB-5) Fee Rule.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 23 by Kristi Noem, Secretary, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
