DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES EMPLOYMENT-BASED IMMIGRANT VISA, FIFTH PREFERENCE (EB-5) FEE RULE

WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a proposed rule called: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Employment-Based Immigrant Visa, Fifth Preference (EB-5) Fee Rule.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 23 by Kristi Noem, Secretary, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Summary: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) proposes to adjust Employment-Based Immigration, Fifth Preference (EB-5) immigration benefit request fees charged by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
