DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: CYBER INCIDENT REPORTING FOR CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE ACT (CIRCIA) RULEMAKING; TOWN HALL MEETINGS

WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a proposed rule called: Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (CIRCIA) Rulemaking; Town Hall Meetings.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 13 by Madhu Gottumukkala, Acting Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
