WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a proposed rule called: Collection and Use of Biometrics by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 3 by Kristi Noem, Secretary, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
