WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval; Comment Request; Statewide Communication Interoperability Plan Template and Progress Report.
