DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ISSUES RULE: REVISIONS TO THE OFFICE OF HEARINGS AND APPEALS PROCEDURAL REGULATIONS

WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Revisions to the Office of Hearings and Appeals Procedural Regulations.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 14 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Energy ("DOE") is publishing this document to respond to comments received on the direct final rule "Revisions to the Office of Hearings and Appeals Procedural Regulations, " published on May 16, 2025. As a result, DOE delays the effective date of the direct final rule.
