DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ISSUES RULE: REVISIONS TO THE OFFICE OF HEARINGS AND APPEALS PROCEDURAL REGULATIONS FOR THE DOE CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEE PROTECTION PROGRAM

WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Revisions to the Office of Hearings and Appeals Procedural Regulations for the DOE Contractor Employee Protection Program.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 16 by Jennifer Hartzell, Alternate Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: This DFR rescinds an unnecessary regulation encouraging alternative dispute resolution to resolve complaints under the DOE Contractor Employee Protection Program.
