DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ISSUES RULE: RESCINDING REGULATIONS RELATED TO NONDISCRIMINATION IN FEDERALLY ASSISTED PROGRAMS OR ACTIVITIES (GENERAL PROVISIONS)

WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Rescinding Regulations Related to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs or Activities (General Provisions).

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 9 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.
