WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Rescinding Regulations Related to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs or Activities (General Provisions).

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 14 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: Due to the receipt of significant adverse comments, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is extending the effective date of the direct final rule "Rescinding Regulations Related to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs or Activities (General Provisions), " published on May 16, 2025.
