DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ISSUES RULE: RESCINDING REGULATIONS FOR LOANS FOR MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES SEEKING DOE CONTRACTS AND ASSISTANCE

WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Rescinding Regulations for Loans for Minority Business Enterprises Seeking DOE Contracts and Assistance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 9 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.
