DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ISSUES RULE: RESCINDING OBSOLETE TRANSFER OF PROCEEDINGS REGULATIONS

WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Rescinding Obsolete Transfer of Proceedings Regulations.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 16 by Jennifer Hartzell, Alternate Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: This DFR rescinds regulations outlining the 1977 transfer of proceedings to the Department of Energy from its predecessor agencies. The effect will be the removal of obsolete regulations.
