WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Rescinding Obsolete Financial Assistance Rules.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 16 by Jennifer Hartzell, Alternate Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.
