WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Rescinding New Construction Requirements Related to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs or Activities.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 16 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: This DFR rescinds certain new construction requirements related to disability nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs or activities.
