WASHINGTON, May 20 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Consumer Gas-Fired Instantaneous Water Heaters.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 20 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: Pursuant to the Congressional Review Act, this document withdraws a disapproved final rule that was published in the Federal Registeron December 26, 2024. The final rule would have established amended energy conservation standards for gas-fired instantaneous water heaters.
