The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 7 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: This document delays the effective date of a recently published final rule adopting new and amended energy conservation standards for commercial refrigerators, freezers, and refrigerator-freezers.
