DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAM: ENERGY CONSERVATION STANDARDS FOR COMMERCIAL PRERINSE SPRAY VALVES

WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Department Of Energy has issued a proposed rule called: Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Commercial Prerinse Spray Valves.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 16 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: DOE is proposing to rescind the amended water use standards for commercial prerinse spray valves ("CPSVs"). This proposal will return the water use standards for CPSVs to the statutory baseline.
