WASHINGTON, June 18 -- Department Of Energy has issued a notice called: National Coal Council.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 18 by Jennifer Hartzell, Alternate Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.

Summary: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act and following consultation with the Committee Management Secretariat of the General Services Administration, notice is hereby given that the National Coal Council (NCC) will be reestablished for a two-year period. The Committee will provide advice, information, and recommendations to the Secretary of Energy on a continuing basis regarding general policy matters relating to coal and the coal industry.
