WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Department Of Energy has issued a notice called: Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities Secretarial Determination.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 16 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.
Summary: On September 4, 2025, the Secretary of Energy (Secretary) issued a Determination adding the Philippines and Singapore to the generally authorized destinations list for exports of controlled nuclear technology and assistance under DOE's regulation on Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activitiesat 10 CFR part 810. Accordingly, DOE is publishing this Determination.
