WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Department Of Education has issued a rule called: Technical Assistance on State Data Collection-IDEA Data Management Center.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 25 by Diana Diaz, Deputy Assistant Secretary and Acting Assistant Secretary for Special Education and Rehabilitative Services.
Summary: The Department of Education (Department) announces a priority for the IDEA Data Management Center (Center) under the Technical Assistance on State Data Collection program. The Department may use this priority in fiscal year (FY) 2025 and later years.
