WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- Department Of Education has issued a proposed rule called: Clarification of the Appropriate Use of Terms "National" and "Regional" by Recognized Accrediting Agencies.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 17 by David Barker, Assistant Secretary for Postsecondary Education.
