DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ISSUES NOTICE: APPLICATIONS FOR NEW AWARDS; EXPANDING OPPORTUNITY THROUGH QUALITY CHARTER SCHOOLS PROGRAM (CSP)-STATE CHARTER SCHOOL FACILITIES INCENTIVE GRANT (SFIG) PROGRAM
