WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Department Of Education has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Comment Request; 2026-2027 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 29 by Ross Santy, Chief Data Officer, Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development.
Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Department is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to conduct an emergency review of a revision of an approved information collection request (ICR).
