WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- Department Of Commerce has issued a rule called: Updating and Streamlining the Department of Commerce's Privacy Act Regulations.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 17 by Paul Dabbar, Deputy Secretary of Commerce.

Summary: By this rule, the Department of Commerce ("Department") amends its regulations implementing the Privacy Act of 1974.
