WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Department Of Commerce has issued a rule called: Removing Unnecessary Regulations Regarding the Seal of the Department of Commerce.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 15 by Paul Dabbar, Deputy Secretary of Commerce.
Summary: By this rule, the Department of Commerce ("Department") removes unnecessary regulations related to the Department's official seal. The intended effect is to reduce regulatory complexity and eliminate clutter from the Code of Federal Regulations.
