WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Department Of Commerce has issued a rule called: Removing Obsolete Regulations Establishing Procedures for a Voluntary Labeling Program for Household Appliances and Equipment To Effect Energy Conservation.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 15 by Paul Dabbar, Deputy Secretary of Commerce.
