COUNCIL ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ISSUES NOTICE: WITHDRAWAL OF NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT GUIDANCE ON CONSIDERATION OF GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS AND CLIMATE CHANGE

WASHINGTON, May 28 -- Council On Environmental Quality has issued a notice called: Withdrawal of National Environmental Policy Act Guidance on Consideration of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Climate Change.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 28 by Jomar Maldonado, Director for the National Environmental Policy Act.
