Today, U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) released the following statement after Senate Republicans blocked legislation she supported to extend the Affordable Care Act enhanced premium tax credits for three years. Cortez Masto also voted against a Republican bill that would do nothing to address skyrocketing health care costs in 2026 and instead push Nevadans to junk plans that fail to cover the costs of preexisting conditions.
