WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- Copyright Royalty Board has issued a rule called: Cost of Living Adjustment to Royalty Rates and Terms for Making and Distributing Phonorecords.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 1 by Christina L. Shifton, Interim Chief Copyright Royalty Judge.

Summary: The Copyright Royalty Judges announce a cost of living adjustment (COLA) in the royalty rates for the statutory license for making and distributing phonorecords of nondramatic musical works regarding physical phonorecords and Permanent Downloads.
