WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 -- Copyright Royalty Board has issued a rule called: Cost of Living Adjustment to Public Broadcasters Compulsory License Royalty Rate.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 28 by Christina L. Shifton, Interim Chief Copyright Royalty Judge.
